House Sola

A 9-room boutique hotel I developed and still operate in Alaçatı, Çeşme. I was involved in the entire process, from the investment decision to opening day — it opened in 2026 and today runs at over 95% occupancy.

Kemeraltı Boutique Hotel

The new project I'm working on after House Sola is in İzmir's historic Kemeraltı district — this time not new construction, but the restoration of a historic building. We're still at the very beginning: we own the property, and the project is going through the Heritage Preservation Board and municipal approval process. There's no case study here yet, because there's no result to tell yet.

Real Estate Investments

Beyond House Sola and Kemeraltı, I have a broader interest in commercial real estate and development opportunities — the idea of building the right project in the right location has always appealed to me. This isn't a separate project; it's an interest area I keep open on an ongoing basis.
